The Sunny Side of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park The fee for entry to Volcanoes National Park is just $5 per car, and is good for one week. There are a variety of spectacular adventures at the park, including many interesting and historic trails over the mountains and along the coast, prime birdwatching habitats, and an amazing hike across volcanic craters. When the volcano is active, you may be able to see the lava flows coming over the Pali (cliffs) or going into the ocean.
